Get Ready For the SoupMobile’s Winter Coat and Blanket Drive!
Every year thousands of Dallas homeless spend the winter months huddling for warmth in the streets. The SoupMobile is looking to help these men and women by providing them with coats and blankets to get through the season. But we need your help!
The SoupMobile was created in 2003 with the goal of feeding Dallas area homeless. In our first year we served 5,000 meals. Since then we have expanded to serve 200,000 meals per year, host an annual Celebrate Jesus Christmas gala, and operate the SoupMobile Village housing program. Soon we will even open a church!
This year the SoupMobile and the Forte Implant Center are putting on a clothing drive for the winter season. We previously partnered together to give a Soupmobile employee a new smile. We need all the coats and blankets we can get to distribute to Dallas area homeless. New and gently used items will be accepted.
